Unto thee, immortal one Ⅱ

In the realm where shadows dwell, and whispers softly creep,

There lived a witch of woe and wonder, in sorrow she did steep.

Beneath the Ponderosa Pine, her lair of somber hue,

She pondered on the mysteries, of life so lost and true.

With wings of midnight draped, like a cloak of endless night,

She wandered through the endless gloom, seeking solace, seeking light.

But in the depths of her despair, no solace could she find,

For her heart was bound by chains of sorrow, her soul by grief entwined.

She danced amidst the misty air, with octopuses of gray,

Their tentacles entwined with hers, in a melancholy sway.

Yet even in their gentle grasp, she felt a sense of loss,

For her heart yearned for something more, beyond the mist and moss.

As captain of the cosmos, she sailed the starry sea,

With a sense of ritual at breakfast and 'somniorum tam lucidorum', her only company.

But deep within her restless soul, a longing still remained,

For a love that she had never known, a love that seemed ordained.

And so she rode her peacock steed, through forests dark and deep,

Beating drums of ancient lore, in a trance-like, madcap leap.

Yet amidst the chaos and the noise, a silence lingered near,

For in her heart of hearts, she knew that solitude was near.

Her mind a raging tempest, her thoughts a stormy sea,

Where mirages danced and taunted, in wild cacophony.

She sought refuge in her wonders, in the realms she dared to tread,

But in the end, her heart was heavy, with the weight of dreams unsaid.

Her friends adorned their hair with leaves, with smiles so bright and gay,

But in her eyes, they saw the truth, the sorrrow held at bay.

For she was a witch of woe and wonder, a soul in turmoil deep,

Where sound and sense collided, in a dance of restless sleep.

And so she wandered ever on, through realms of light and shade,

A tale of wild delight and woe, in the tapestry she made.

For in the end, her story lived, in the hearts of those who knew,

The witch of wonder and of woe, in the shadows she'd pursue.
